Amends short title as indicated. Amends GS 14-297, making the possession of two or more electronic gambling machines or devices a Class G felony. Requires that the machines or devices be forfeited. Clarifies the caption to include electronic machines and devices in the list of prohibited devices. Adds gender-neutral language. Effective December 1, 2018, and applies to all offenses committed after that date.
