    Makes clarifying and organizational changes.

    Adds a new part Amends GS 160A-168(c)(8), as amended, to allow the Greensboro city manager or police chief, or designees, to release the disposition of disciplinary charges against a police officer and the facts relied upon, to the Criminal Justice Advisory Commission and its subcommittee, the Police Community Review Board, designated by the city council to provide citizens review of the police disciplinary process (was may be released to the Human Relations Commission Complaint Subcommittee). Makes conforming changes.

Makes the name of the animal rescue organization with which the county animal control service places an animal a public record. Allows for the disclosure or nondisclosure of information that is not a public record at the county's discretion.
