Senate amendment makes the following changes to the 2nd edition.
Adds to Section 4, concerning the reimbursement of state funds if alternate funds are obtained. Specifically declares state funds paid under the act to be excess over funds received by a recipient from the settlement of a claim for loss or damage covered under the recipient’s applicable insurance policy in effect.Â
