S 812 (2019-2020) AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES CENTER FUNDS. Filed May 19 2020, AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES CENTER.

Senate amendment #1 makes the following changes to the 2nd edition.

Modifies the appropriations provisions. Now directs the Department of Commerce rather than the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS), to transfer, by August 15, 2020, $5 million in nonrecurring funds from the cash balance in the Expanded Gas Products Service to Agriculture Fund, to DACS's Food and Drug Division. Maintains the previously stated purpose of the appropriated funds.
