AN ACT TO MAKE VARIOUS CHANGES TO THE GENERAL STATUTES REGARDING ESTATES AND TRUSTS. SL 2021-53. Enacted June 25, 2021. Parts I, II, and III becomes effective October 1, 2021. The remainder is effective June 25, 2021.
Includes whereas clauses. Provides for 17 appointments by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and 16 appointments by the Speaker of the House to the Boards of Trustees of specified constituent UNC institutions for terms expiring June 30, 2025.
