Bill summary
Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to the 4th edition.
Part V.
Transfers $1 billion from the General Fund to the Savings Reserve for 2021-22 and $388,365,453 to the Savings Reserve for 2022-23, in addition to the amount required under specified State law. Specifies that the transfer is not an appropriation made by law, as provided in the NC Constitution. Effective July 1, 2021.
Makes additional technical changes. Makes conforming organizational changes and changes the act's long title.
