AN ACT TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO THE GENERAL STATUTES, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE GENERAL STATUTES COMMISSION, AND TO MAKE OTHER TECHNICAL, CONFORMING, AND CLARIFYING CHANGES. Enacted July 12, 2017. Section 5 is effective December 1, 2015. The remainder is effective July 12, 2017, except as otherwise provided.
