Bill summary
Senate committee substitute to the 1st edition makes the following changes.
Repeals GS Chapter 143B, Article 9, Part 22 (was, Part 2), concerning the State Goals and Policy Board.
Repeals SL 2014-10 concerning the Charlotte Douglas International Airport Commission.
Repeals SL 2012-142, Section 6A.10 [was, 6A.7(b1)], concerning the Grants Management Oversight Committees.
Amends GS 143-345.25 to provide that decisions regarding the award of bonuses by the agency coordinator and the Office of State Human Resources (was, Department of Administration in the previous edition) are final and not subject to review under the contested case procedures.
Makes technical corrections.
Adds the following provisions.
Adds in a provision identical in substance to Section 10 of the act, concerning the Motor Vehicle Dealers' Advisory Board, but makes this version effective June 30, 2022, instead of when the act becomes law.
Repeals GS Chapter 143B, Part 15A (of Article 9), which concerned the North Carolina Advisory Council on the Eastern Band of the Cherokee.
Repeals the Blount Street Historic Oversight Committee (found in SL 2003-404).
Repeals GS Chapter 115C, Article 13A, concerning the State Advisory Council on Indian Education.
