AN ACT TO DIRECT THE OFFICE OF THE STATE AUDITOR TO CONDUCT A PERFORMANCE AUDIT OF THE FERRY DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE TRANSPORTATION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.
