Amends GS 97-90(f) to require the Industrial Commission to hear and determine disputes between an employee's current and past attorney regarding the division of a fee as approved under the statute (legal and medical fees to be approved by Commission; misdemeanor to receive fees unapproved by Commission, or to solicit employment in adjusting claims; agreement for fee or compensation). Provides for the right of appeal for an attorney who is party to an action under the new subsection.
