Senate amendment to the 3rd edition adds the following new content.
Amends SL 2014-72, which modifies GS 44-51.4 and GS 44-51.5 to allow Union County to use attachment and garnishment and lien for county-contracted ambulance services supplemented by county funds. Makes the provisions apply to Pitt County in addition to Union County. Makes conforming changes to the act's titles.
