Bill summary
Senate amendment to the 4th edition makes the following changes.
Section 2, Section 6.5, and Section 9.
Makes technical changes to the name of the NC Sheriffs’ Association, Inc.
Section 11.
Clarifies that the initial treatment plan required by GS 122C-265 should be incorporated into any order for outpatient commitment issued under GS 122C-267.
Directs the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to set parameters for information sharing with the Director in GS 122C-54(d).
Section 13.
Updates statutory cross references to GS 15A-1003(b) (was, subsection (a)) in GS 15A-1003, GS 15A-1004, and GS 15A-1007. Updates statutory cross references to GS 15A-1003(e)(1), (2), (3), and (5) (was, GS 15A-1003(d)(1), (2), (3), and (5)) in GS 15A-1008.
