S 739 (2021-2022) SENATE REDISTRICTING PLAN 2021/SBK-7. (NEW) Filed Oct 29 2021, AN ACT TO REALIGN THE DISTRICTS OF THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE SENATE FOLLOWING THE RETURN OF THE 2020 FEDERAL DECENNIAL CENSUS.

Amends GS 120-1 to establish boundaries for 50 single-member senatorial districts for the purpose of nominating and electing members of the Senate in 2022 and every two years thereafter.
