Appoints specified individuals to the following boards and commissions, upon the recommendation of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, for the specified terms: the College of The Albemarle Board of Trustees and the Acupuncture Licensing Board.
Appoints specified individuals to the following boards and commissions, upon the recommendation of the Speaker of the House, for the specified terms: the College of The Albemarle Board of Trustees and the Eastern NC School for the Deaf Board of Trustees.
Repeals Section 2.2 of SL 2025-90, which appointed three individuals to the Continuing Care Advisory Committee for terms expiring November 30, 2028.
Directs that the appointees’ terms begin when the act becomes law, unless otherwise provided.
