Amends SL 2020-90 as follows.

Extends the date by which the Department of Public Safety, Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice (Division), must begin operating the Prison Pilot Program, established in Section 3.2, SL 2020-90, from October 15, 2020, to October 15, 2022.

Extends the date by which the Division must give a final report on the Program to the specified NCGA committee from April 1, 2021, to April 15, 2023.

Additionally, postpones the sunset of Part III., SL 2020-90, which established and detailed the requirements of the Program, from July 1, 2022, to July 1, 2023.
