    Part I.

    Appoints named individuals upon recommendation of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to the following entities for the specified terms: 911 Board, NC Board of Licensing of Soil Scientists, NC Child Care Commission, NC Interpreter and Transliterator Licensing Board, NC State Board of Examiners of Fee-Based Practicing Pastoral Counselors, NC Mining Commission, and NC School of Science and Mathematics Board of Trustees. 

    Part II.

    Amends SL 2020-39 by extending the expiration of the terms of specified appointees to the NC Medical Board and to the NC Real Estate Commission.

    Part III.

    Specifies that unless otherwise provided, appointments begin upon the effective date of the act.
