Amends new GS 7A-103(17), authorizing the clerk of superior court to also waive any costs and fees for special proceedings listed in GS 7A-306 for any petitioner under GS Chapter 35A for injuries sustained in the line of duty by a firefighter or EMS personnel, in addition to the already listed sworn law enforcement officer. Makes conforming changes to the act's titles.
