House amendments to the 3rd edition make the following changes.
Amendment #1 further amends GS 108D-35 by adding peer support services to those services that must be covered by all capitated PHP contracts.
Amendment #2 amends the requirement that the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) post on its website any formula developed for determining the amount of risk reserve and other funds to be transferred when a county disengages from one area authority and realigns with another area authority, by requiring that the formula be posted before it is finalized. Requires that the final version of the formula be posted to the website by August 1, 2021.
