Bill summary
Senate committee substitute to the 1st edition makes the following changes.
Provides that it is illegal, during the waterfowl seasons, to leave unattended or unoccupied (was, to place or leave unoccupied) any equipment or vessels that may be used for taking migratory waterfowl. Makes conforming and clarifying changes. Clarifies that the act applies to offenses committed on or after the October 1, 2019, effective date. Make conforming changes to the act's titles.
