Bill summary
Amends SL 2020-39 as follows.
Extends the end of the term of a member of the North Carolina Child Care Commission by two years.
Changes the term of one of the members appointed to the North Carolina Professional Educator Preparation and Standards Commission and specifies that this term fills the unexpired term of Ellen McIntyre.
Changes the effective date of the appointment to the Board of Directors of the Roanoke Island Historical Association, Inc, by a month.
Corrects the spelling of a name and shortens the terms of the two appointees to the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board by two years.
Changes the term of one of the members appointed to the Commission for Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services and specifies that this term fills the unexpired term of Robin Todd-Hall.
Replaces one of the appointees to the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners.
Changes the Board to which the appointees are named in Section 2.39 from the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board to the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board.
Adds an appointment to the Private Protective Service Board for the specified term.
