Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to the 1st edition.
Amends Section 6A.7A(g) of SL 2012-142 providing that the North Carolina Rate Bureau (Bureau) is immune from civil liabilityfor releasing information under subsection (3)b., even if the information released is incorrect, provided that the Bureau acted in goodfaith andwith no malicious or willful intent to promote harm via release of the information. Makes conforming changes.
