Requires the Legislative Research Commission (LRC) to study the economic impacts of the Jones Act on the state, including five specified issues which include fuel shipping to fuel terminals, beach nourishment, and river and port harbor maintenance and deepening. Allows LRC to make an interim report to the 2015 General Assembly when it reconvenes in 2016 and requires a final report to the 2017 General Assembly when it convenes.
