House amendment to the 4th edition makes the following changes. 

Removes provisions of new GS 66-536, requiring disclosure of consumer legal funding contracts in the specified circumstances. Replaces those provisions with directives that those contracts are presumed to be not discoverable in a civil action as well as inadmissible as evidence.
