Senate amendment to the 1st edition makes the following changes.

Removes all of Section 10 of the act, which made various changes impacting outdoor advertising under GS 136-131.5, GS 136-131, GS 160D-912, and GS 160D-912.1.

Amends GS 160D-601 to refer to a "zoning regulation" instead of "zoning ordinance."
