Modifies the exceptions to GS 93B-15.3, which grants certain occupational licenses for individuals licensed in neighboring states, so that State agency boards overseeing all health care practitioners licensed under GS Chapter 90 are excluded from the statute’s requirements (was, just those overseeing chiropractors, dentists, optometrists, physicians, and podiatrists).
