Senate committee substitute to the 1st edition makes the following changes.
Adds whereas clauses. Adds that the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources is authorized to add Pisgah View State Park to the State Parks System. Allows the State to receive donations of land and allows for the purchase of other needed lands for the Pisgah View State Park with existing funds in the Clean Water Management Trust Fund, the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund, the federal Land and Water Trust Fund, and other available sources of funding.
