Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to 1st edition. Adds a definition of agricultural products as horticultural, viticultural, forestry, dairy, livestock, poultry, bee, and any farm products. Adds the requirement that wastewater not be generated by an animal waste management system to the conditions that must be met in order for a permit to not be required for a wastewater management system for the treatment and disposal of wastewater produced from activities related to the processing of agricultural products.
