AN ACT TO ELIMINATE THE REQUIRED ONE-YEAR PERIOD OF SEPARATION FOR ABSOLUTE DIVORCE WHEN A SPOUSE IS CONVICTED OF A CERTAIN LEVEL FELONY AND THE CONVICTED FELON'S SPOUSE IS THE NAMED VICTIM.
