Amends GS 163-201 to divide North Carolina into 14 congressional districts to nominate and elect members of the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022 and every two years thereafter, as follows. District 1 includes the following counties: Bertie, Chowan, Edgecombe, Franklin, Gates, Granville, Greene, Halifax, Hertford, Martin, Nash, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Pitt (portions listed), Vance, Warren, Washington, and Wilson. District 2 includes portions of Wake County. District 3 includes the following counties: Beaufort, Camden, Carteret, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Hyde, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pamlico, Pitt (portions listed), Tyrrell, and Wayne (portions listed). District 4 includes the following counties: Alamance, Caswell, Durham County (portions specified), Orange, Person, and Rockingham. District 5 includes the following counties: Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, Forsyth (portions listed), Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yadkin.
