H 102 (2015-2016) UTILITY VEHICLES/LAW ENFORCEMENT. Filed Feb 23 2015, AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, EMERGENCY PERSONNEL, AND MUNICIPAL AND COUNTY EMPLOYEES TO OPERATE UTILITY VEHICLES ON SOME PUBLIC HIGHWAYS AND TO MODIFY THE MOVE‑OVER LAW TO INCLUDE VEHICLES BEING USED IN THE COLLECTION OF REFUSE, SOLID WASTE, OR RECYCLING.

Senate amendment makes the following changes to the 4th edition:

Amends the phrase all terrain to appear as all-terrain throughout the bill.

Adds new section to the bill directing the Revisor of Statutes to make technical corrections to specified statutes, amending the phrase all terrain to appear as all-terrain.

Amends the effective date to provide that the above new section is effective when it becomes law.
