    AN ACT TO APPOINT PERSONS TO THE STATE ETHICS COMMISSION UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE OF THE SENATE AND THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Enacted February 7, 2019. Effective February 7, 2019.
