The House committee substitute to the 1st edition changes the act's title. The act's original title was: A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO CLARIFY THAT A DEALER LICENSE PLATE MAY BE DISPLAYED ON A MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVEN ON A HIGHWAY BY A PERSON WHO IS AN EMPLOYEE OF A DEALER THAT EMPLOYS AT ALL TIMES NO LESS THAN TEN MOTOR VEHICLE SALES REPRESENTATIVES WHO ARE REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED UNDER ARTICLE 12 OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES.

Amends the act's title.
