AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION TO ASSIST LOCAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS WITH NATIONAL ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS OF CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND TO REQUIRE THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO LIMIT THE ACCREDITATION OF CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION AUTOMOTIVE PROGRAMS TO THE EXTENT ACCREDITATION IS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW.
