Amends Section 1 of SL 2018-10, which establishes an open season for taking foxes with weapons and for foxes and coyotes by trapping during the trapping seasons annually set by the Wildlife Resources Commission, with no tagging requirements and no bag limit, applicable to specified counties only. Adds the counties of Guildford, Harnett, and Randolph to the scope of Section 1, and removes Cumberland County. Applies to offenses committed on or after October 1, 2021.
