House amendments to the 5th edition make the following changes. 

Amendment #1 removes Section 3.1 of the act, which amended GS 163-19 and GS 163-30 to prohibit members of the State Board of Elections and local boards of elections from making certain written or oral statements. 

Amendment #2 further amends GS 14-132 by adding that evidence of making or causing noise outside of a public building or facility used as a temporary voting place with the intent of disrupting or disturbing voting or election-related activities, excluding noise made for emergency purposes or in normal operations of the building or facility, can be used to prove a violation of the statute.
