Senate amendment to the 1st edition makes the following changes. Adds a provision creating the 13-member Oregon Inlet Land Acquisition Task Force (Task Force) to determine, review, and consider the state's options acquiring the federal government's right, title, and interest in Oregon Inlet and adjacent real property.
