AN ACT TO PRESERVE NORTH CAROLINA'S OUTDOOR HERITAGE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS AND AMEND VARIOUS WILDLIFE RESOURCES COMMISSION LAWS.
Senate amendment makes the following change to the 4th edition.
Amends GS 113-291.4(j), as enacted in this act, to direct the Wildlife Resources Commission to prohibit using dogs to hunt foxes during the period from March 15 through July 15 (was, from April 1 through August 1) in Bladen Lakes State Forest Game Land.
