Amends GS 20-118(c)(12) toexempt vehicles transporting poultry or livestock feed from a storage facility, holding facility, or a mill to a farm within 150 miles of the point of origin from the weight limitations imposed in subsection (b) of GS 20-118 and penalties for violating those weight limits in subsection (e).
Effective July 1, 2013.
