Appropriates $1.5 million for 2025-26 from the General Fund to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to provide a grant to the Town of Davidson (Town) for the construction of portions of the Carolina Thread Trail and of segments of the West Branch Nature Preserve Greenway. Specifies that GS 143C-5-2 (order of consideration of appropriations bills) does not apply to this appropriation. Effective July 1, 2025.
