Appropriates $3,423,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Rural Health to be allocated to the ECU Center for Telepsychiatry and e-Behavioral Health for the 2020-21 fiscal year, for the statewide telepsychiatry program, NC-STeP, establishing under specified state law. Requires $3,243,000 in recurring funds to be allocated equally among 12 new NC-STeP program sites, and $180,000 in recurring funds to be used for operational expenses. Effective July 1, 2020.
