TO PROVIDE THAT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT INCLUDE ANY SIGNIFICANT ADVERSE IMPACTS AFFECTING FARMS, MEASURES PROPOSED TO AVOID, MINIMIZE, AND MITIGATE THE ADVERSE IMPACTS, AND ALTERNATIVES TO THE PROPOSED ACTION.
