District 1 includes the following counties: Bertie, Chowan, Edgecombe, Franklin, Gates, Granville, Greene, Halifax, Hertford, Martin, Nash, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Pitt (portions listed), Vance, Warren, Washington, Wayne (portions listed), and Wilson. District 2 includes portions of Wake County. District 3 includes the following counties: Beaufort, Camden, Carteret, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Hyde, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pamlico, Pender (portions listed), Pitt (portions listed), and Tyrrell. District 4 includes the following counties: Alamance, Caswell, Durham County (portions specified), Orange, Person, and Rockingham (portions listed). District 5 includes the following counties: Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Burke (portions listed), Caldwell, Forsyth (portions listed), Rockingham (portions listed), Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yadkin. District 6 includes Forsyth County (portions listed) and Guilford County.
