Amends GS 120-70.130 to rename the Joint Legislative Economic Development Oversight Committee as the Joint Legislative Economic Development and Global Engagement Oversight Committee (Committee). Amends GS 120-70.131 to modify and expand the purpose and powers of the Committee to include examining global engagement issues and strategies in North Carolina to promote economic growth and stimulate job creation in the global economy.
