Amends SL 2024-1, Section 4.2(g) by expanding the allowable uses of the $3 million in funds appropriated from the Clean Water and Drinking Water Reserve for project grants in SL 2023-134 to Raeford, so that it can now be used for any other water or wastewater project, in addition to the already authorized extension of sewer lines to Cameron Heights.
