AN ACT TO ALLOW NET PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY OR UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES TO BE DEPOSITED INTO SPECIAL FUNDS TO BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF CERTAIN STATE HISTORIC SITES AND MUSEUMS AND TO REMOVE CERTAIN LAND FROM THE STATE NATURE AND HISTORIC PRESERVE.
