Amends SL 2007-86, as amended, to also allow the governing bodies of Fuquay-Varina, Knightdale, Wake Forest, and Wendell to use electronic means to provide required notices (in addition to notice of public hearings). Provides that the electronic notice may be in lieu of traditional publication methods.
