No longer repeals Section 2.6(b) of SL 2020-80, which was effective March 15, 2021, amends GS 116B-67 to allow any person claiming property paid or delivered to the Treasurer to file a claim, instead of limiting claims to those exceeding $250. 

Changes the act's effective date to when the act becomes law (was, March 31, 2021).
