    Amends SL 2018-118, which amends Subsection (5) of Section 22 of Article II of the North Carolina Constitution which sets out bills that are not subject to the Governor's veto to also: (1) prohibit bills recommending a nominee to fill a judicial vacancy in the office of Justice and Judge of the General Court of Justice from containing any other matter; and (1) prohibit a bill electing a nominee to fill a vacancy in the office of Justice or Judge of the General Court of Justice from containing any other matter.
