Senate committee substitute deletes all provisions of 1st edition and replaces it with AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE REVIEW TEAM IN BUNCOMBE COUNTY. Amends short title as indicated. Amends SL 2009-52, Section 5, as amended by SL 2013-70 and SL 2013-270, which establishes a domestic violence fatality prevention and protection review team in certain counties, to include Buncombe County in the list of participating counties. Amends SL 2013-70, Section 5, as amended by SL 2013-270, with the same change.
