A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES WHO ARE SERVING ON ACTIVE MILITARY DUTY IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES OUTSIDE THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA SHALL BE CONSIDERED RESIDENTS FOR PURPOSES OF OBTAINING CERTAIN HUNTING, FISHING, TRAPPING, AND SPECIAL ACTIVITY LICENSES.
